Hi, The holidays are here. And for those of us that are fortunate enough to give and receive gifts, it can be a tricky time. Coming up with a really thoughtful gift for a special person isn’t easy. It takes research and creativity and a deep knowledge of who that special person is and what they’ll truly appreciate and love. A few weeks ago, I saw this quote written on the wall of a restaurant: “The greatest gift you can give someone is your time, because when you give your time you are giving a portion of your life that you will never get back.” This could mean taking time to make something, find something, or do something for someone. It could also mean just spending quality time with them. Either way, I like this idea of time being the real gift. On another note, I want to take a moment to thank all of you for being here, for reading this, and for supporting me and my work over the years.
